Free shipping on purchases under 800 NIS. Shipping cost 50 NIS. We reach most parts of the country and try to deliver as quickly as possible. The wines are transported under proper conditions.

Returns and exchanges

The company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law with regard to the cancellation of a distance selling transaction, the return of products and the cancellation of ordered services.

Buyers can cancel the transaction and return products such as bottles of alcohol, provided that the products are returned intact, undamaged, and sealed in their original wrapping or packaging.

The purchaser may return any product purchased from the site by contacting our customer service by email up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the products and receive a cash credit for them.

The buyer must return the product to us at his own expense and with a transaction invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by e-mail. After returning the product, the buyer will be credited with the price he paid for it.
