Rosé cinsault 2022

 Rosé 2022 Salukiya Winery is produced from Sansu grapes grown in the Nob vineyard, in a spring plot in the Golan Heights, an outstanding plot for Sansu grapes. The grapes were separated from the stalks and the liquid was left on the skins for one hour and immediately squeezed, cold and slow fermentation for 40 days. Minimal intervention in the making created a natural and elegant wine, delicate and interesting aromas. Light body with refreshing acidity, peach flavors and strawberry and apricot aromas with a refined pink hue
