 French Colombard grapes were distilled twice in a traditional alembic, in a slow and precise distillation in which only the finest heart parts were taken.
 After distillation, the distillate was placed in a red wine barrel for 8 years, a long journey of depth, concentration, and patience.
 The brandy is bottled at cask strength – 52% alcohol,
 Without dilution with water, just as it came out of the tree.
 In the glass, dark dried fruits and roasted nuts open up.
 Next appear natural vanilla, deep wood, a touch of cocoa and warm spice.
 The finish is long, dry and precise.
