Blanc de Noir 2024 Salukiya Winery is produced from Senso grapes grown in the Nob vineyard, in a spring plot in the Golan Heights that is an outstanding plot for Senso grapes. The grapes were separated from the stalks and the liquid was left on the skins for one hour and immediately squeezed, cold and slow fermentation for 10 days.
 Minimal intervention in the making created a natural and elegant wine, a delicate composition of strawberries, violets, and a solid texture that balances the wine glass.
